On selecting variables to remove or maintain, I ran a model with 2 variables, The outcome variable vs one independent variable at a time (Bivariate). All independent variables that will have shown significance are then altogether put in one model to get multivariate results

Apparently this guy needs a refresher on the difference between discrimination based on gender and choices people make due to biology (sex). Just because men make more than women does not mean anything nefarious is happening. Men typically just go into fields which pay more (engineering, finance, management, law, etc.) than the fields women go into (teaching, social sciences, etc.) Even when you hold everything constant that still does not account for productivity, which men will most likely have more of due to biology, not because the employer hates women and wants them to be paid less.
